Incorporating store design into product lines, digital, and printed branding, we've turned customer feedback into distinctive merchandise. This not only builds a unified brand identity but also boosts recognition and enriches visitor experiences.

To boost branded merchandise sales, I created unique designs inspired by our bookshop and Portobello. Our enamel pins, merging local charm with our identity, strengthen community ties and build loyalty, driving sustained business growth.

Central to our brand marketing strategy is developing a brand style guidebook. It ensures consistent branding and language across all digital and print media. This required researching the bookshop's history and engaging in meaningful discussions with the owners about future growth directions.
